USB C to Serial Adapters have been developed to compensate for new laptop or notebook computers manufactured without a COM port interface. The USB C Serial RS-232 adapter connects through the host USB Type-C port for your RS-232 signal transmission and diagnostics. Single port USB serial adapters are available from Gearmo with LED indicators and screw lock DB-9 connectors.
